By accessing or using Forlena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Forlena is an AI-Native Sales Execution Platform that provides deal scoring using our proprietary IMPACT framework, AI-powered recommendations, pipeline analytics, and sales automation tools to help sales teams close more deals.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be authorized to act on behalf of your organization
  • Maintain one account per person (no shared accounts)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service operation
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service without authorization

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Forlena is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Forlena, you understand and agree that:

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you enter into Forlena
  • Service License: You grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve our services
  • AI Training: You grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models. All PII is removed before collection. You can opt out at any time in Settings.

6. AI Features and Limitations

Forlena uses artificial intelligence to provide recommendations and insights. You acknowledge that:

  • AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of outcomes
  • You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before use
  • AI may make mistakes—always verify important information independently
  • We continuously work to improve AI accuracy and reliability

7. Intellectual Property

  • Forlena and all associated intellectual property are owned by Forlena, Inc.
  • The IMPACT Framework and scoring methodology are proprietary
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform
  • All trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • We do not guarantee specific sales results or outcomes
  • We are not responsible for business decisions made using AI recommendations
  • Service availability may be affected by maintenance or technical issues

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORLENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
  • Data Export: Your data will be available for export for 30 days after termination
  • Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Forlena after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
